Refund policy
All items purchased are final sale, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company only.
We often have sales and promotions but there are NO price adjustments, discount codes do not apply to orders previously placed. Orders can not be edited once the order is placed; you will need to make a new order to add additional items. Only 1 discount code per order will work.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the product you received is deemed defective or you receive the wrong product your order is eligible for a return. Please email info.theluxurycompany@gmail.com within 2 business days of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged item.
